Description of machine
The Glass Chamfering/ Edging/ Polishing/ Beveling/ Drilling/ Milling machine is fully automatic processing machine, like automatic compensation functions, automatic tool change, automatic to find best route for processing etc. It's satisfy the customer's requirement for high precision and quality in glass processing
Operating Principle
Firstly, design the patterns with CAD software, then transfer the CAD drawing to Baineng System and set parameters. The Baineng System can calculate the best route and generate code. Thirdly copy the codes to the computer. The computer will read the codes and transfer to the machine, so the machine can start to work automatically.
Machine Features
1) Install Baineng CAM software on Windows system, the user can draw various shapes on CAD, then generate the code by CAM to start processing automatically.
2) Developed Proprietary MARCO software for the commonly used doors, like Shower Door, Overhang-Door, Floor Hinge etc. It can be filled correct size while processing,not need make CAD drawing
3) It has Fixed position and Movable position for different shapes material: For rectangle material can choose fixed position, it will easy to operate, but with high efficiency and accuracy; For shaped material can adopt movable position to achieve a variety shapes processing.
