Description of machine
The Automatic glass edge polishing beveling/ cutting/ drilling/ milling/ edging/ writing machine is a new generation machine which is professional for glass deep processing. We adopt the TAIWAN SYNTEC CNC industrial control system combined with BAINENG advanced software to process the products more easily and quickly.
Software Advantage
Firstly, make the drawing with CAD, then transfer the CAD drawing to Baineng software and set parameters. The Baineng software can calculate the best route and generate code. Thirdly copy the codes to the Syntec controly system. The Syntec system will read the codes and transfer to the machine, so the machine can start to work automatically,including automatically tools change
Machine Features
1) Install Baineng CAM software on Windows system, the user can draw various shapes on CAD, then generate the code by CAM to start processing automatically.
2) Developed Proprietary MARCO software for the commonly used doors, like Shower Door, Overhang-Door, Floor Hinge etc. It can be filled correct size while processing, not need make CAD drawing
3) It has Fixed position and Movable position for different shapes material: For rectangle material can choose fixed position, it will easy to operate, but with high efficiency and accuracy; For shaped material can adopt movable position to achieve a variety shapes processing.

The machine can be used for cutting, drilling, milling, shaped notching,edge grinding, beveling, writing and polishing on glass

1) CNC system and Wireless handle remote from TAIWAN SYNTE
2) Actuator, Transducer and Servo motor from JAPAN Mitsubishi Electric.
3) Electrical equipment from GERMANY Schneider
4) Ball screw and Linear from JAPAN THK
5) Electric spindle
We adopt the electric spindle discharge central water (pls see below the picture). The central water not only provide cooling function so it can drilling, milling and notching, but also increase the service life of tools.
