1. High precision and high efficiency servo motor determines the development trend of Jinan engraving machine in the future. Compared with stepper motors, servo motors can maintain a certain torque output from low speed to high speed. There is no vibration, noise, heat and other problems like ordinary stepper motors. There is no drag control (uncontrollable state) phenomenon. The motor speed is smooth. As demand continues to increase and quality issues continue to grow, stepper motors have fallen far short of production requirements. Servo motor heralds the new era of engraving machines. There is a big difference between the use of servos and stepper motors, and it has some important considerations.


2. Because there is a capacitor in the power supply part of the servo unit, a large charging current will flow when the power is switched on and off (charging time 0.2 seconds). Therefore, if the power is switched on and off frequently, the performance of the main circuit components inside the servo unit will be degraded. Therefore, it is necessary to wait for a few seconds each time the switch is turned on and off until the servo unit is completely powered off. It is also necessary to turn off the power, and high voltage may remain in the servo unit. Do not touch the power terminals for 5 minutes. Please check after the power indicator is off. Since the engraving engraving machine generally works continuously for a long time, please do not connect the power line and the signal line together. When wiring, the power line and the signal line should be at least 30 cm away
