1. Depending on the nature of the material being processed, change the angle of the tool or increase the chip breaking device. Select an appropriate feed amount to break the band-shaped chips into small rolls or block chips and remove them.
2. Install a chip conveyor on the cutter, or install a shield and a baffle on the woodworking engraving machine to control the flow of chips without hurting people.
3. For high-speed cutting of pig iron, copper and aluminum materials, the operator should be equipped with protective glasses in addition to installing shields and baffles on the stone engraving machine.
4. Use tools to remove iron filings on the stone engraving machine and the work place in time to prevent injury to hands and feet. Do not pick up iron filings by hand.
