Before installing and debugging the CNC glass cutting machine, the user must base on the drawings provided by the manufacturer.


When the foundation construction is completed, the manufacturer will assign technicians to the user site to install and debug the equipment.


There should be no equipment that causes vibration of the foundation near the installation location of the CNC glass cutting machine, and there should be no strong electromagnetic field interference, otherwise, it will affect the machinery and CNC of the machine tool several degrees.


Install the CNC glass cutting machine longitudinal rail parallel to the wall, so that the cables and air hoses can be installed by means of the wall.


The geological structure and allowable pressure of the supporting surface should be considered according to the weight of the given equipment. This allowable pressure must make the soil have a uniform supporting force, and no sinking or deformation after the machine is installed, otherwise, it will directly affect the precision of the CNC glass-cutting machine.


1. Foundation construction


When the foundation is a concrete structure, it should be poured in two times. When constructing, the user should strictly follow the drawings, dimensions and technical requirements provided by the manufacturer, and ask someone with certain construction knowledge and work experience to guide them. During construction, attention should be paid to the matching of water and gas.


Installation and debugging of guide rails: The installation of guide rails of the longitudinal CNC glass cutting machine is the basis for the installation of other parts of the machine tool, and it is also the key to affecting the machining accuracy.


2. Laying of guide rails


The connection sequence of the guide rail of the CNC glass cutting machine is to place it on the backing plate, and the backing plate should be ensured at the connection of the two guide rails. The adjusting bolts on the guide rail of the CNC glass cutting machine should be 1-3mm lower than the bottom of the guide rail to compensate for the guide rail error.


Connect the main guide rails one by one with connecting bolts, be careful not to connect too tightly, and ensure the adjustment margin when calibrating the guide rails of the CNC glass cutting machine to avoid affecting the adjustment accuracy. There is no certain connection sequence for the auxiliary rail, and its laying process is the same as that of the main rail.



3. Adjustment of guide rails


Tighten the standard steel wire of 0.5/1000mm at both ends of the guide rail of the CNC glass cutting machine, and adjust the adjustment screws on the two backing plates of the guide rail to make the distance between the two sides of the guide rail of the CNC glass cutting machine and the standard steel wire a certain value, and this distance as the standard distance.


Use 20N tensile force and the tensile accuracy is 0.5/1000mm steel tape measure to measure the distance between the main and auxiliary guide rails at both ends of the machine tool. Change.


Use the theodolite with an accuracy of 0.1/1000mm to measure the flatness of the main guide rails and the auxiliary CNC glass cutting machine guide rails at both ends, and adjust with the height-adjusting bolts on the guide rails, so that the flatness of the main and auxiliary CNC cutting machine guide rails at both ends is not greater than 0.5mm.


Use the pressure plate to press each of the main and auxiliary guide rails at the end as the basis for adjusting the longitudinal and horizontal levelness of the CNC plasma cutting machine guide rail, the flatness of the main and auxiliary guide rails, and the distance between the main and auxiliary CNC plasma cutting machine guide rails. The standard distance between the steel wire and the side of the guide rail of the CNC plasma cutting machine is the benchmark.


Adjust the distance between the two ends of each main guide rail and the standard steel wire one by one as the standard distance, and the measuring tools are adjusting pins and feeler gauges. Use a bubble level to adjust the horizontal and vertical level of the guide rail of the CNC glass cutting machine, gradually calibrate from one end of the guide rail to the other end, and then measure the joints of the two guide rails of the CNC glass cutting machine, and ensure the level.


After the main and auxiliary guide rails are calibrated, the connecting bolts between the guide rails of the CNC glass cutting machine should be carefully tightened, and the guide rails should be pressed with the pressure plate.
